HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
In state shipping is a flat $3.99 through the USPS. Also, we charge a flat $12.95 shipping rate for Canada Customers. And our International shipping rates range from $16.95-$25.95 depending on the weight and size of the product as well as the destination.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, we do! We're excited about our international customers and have tried to offer the most reasonable shipping rates possible.
*Please note that any duties and/or taxes charged by customs of the destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer, and will not be refunded/reimbursed by Declare Glory. We suggest looking up info from your local customs office for current charges before placing an order.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
We will always process orders within 2-7 business days, then ship via USPS or FedEx. Shipping speed varies depending on destination:

Canada 5-10 business days
International 10-20 business days

All our prices are in USD. We recommend checking the current exchange rate to get the best idea of what you'll be charged in your currency.
WHAT IF I NEED TO CHANGE/CANCEL MY ORDER?
No worries! Changes/cancels can be made anytime within 12 hours after the order is placed. Please contact us with your name, order number and request. We'll be more than happy to make those changes for you. Note that once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or changed.

WHERE'S MY PACKAGE?
For all shipped packages, we send the tracking number in an email. If you want to change the address or simply learn the whereabouts of your order you can contact the carrier.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
As a small business, we handle returns on an individual basis. However, if the order is damaged, we will replace at no additional cost. All you need to do is send us a photo of of the product and the issue.
